In Israel, a “parliament” (פרלמנט) isn’t a building—it’s a lifestyle.
Not the Knesset, but a regular crew (often a little older, always opinionated) who gather in cafés or on the beach to kibbitz about politics, life, and the state of the world. We borrow from this rich tradition, shaped for our special city and turbulent times.
